Baysville Summer 2011 happenings
Baysville Beef and Lobster Fest on Saturday July 9th Takes place at the Baysville Arena at 6:00 p.m. There will be prize tables and a silent auction highlighting the evening. This event is typically sold out each year, so get your tickets while you can. Dinner tickets can be obtained at Miss Nelle’s Antique Store or calling Pat Van at 705 767-2372
$35.00 surf and turf meal or $25.00 beef meal
Arts and Crafts Festival on August 6th and 7th in the Centennial Park, 10- 4. With 80 vendors, all proceeds from this event go back into our community. Please donate generously at the gates as all money donated goes to the Horticultural Society who does a fabulous job at making our -parks so beautiful. Contact Cathy Racine 705 767-2170
The Boat and Car show has been cancelled this year due to bridge on HWY 117 work.
The Classic and Antique Boat and Car Show will be held on along the Baysville riverfront on Sunday August 14 from 12- 4 P.M. We boast some of Lake of Bay’s finest Antique boats and invite you to come out to see them. The S.S. Bigwin is planned to launch this summer and if all goes to schedule, will be making a trip down to Baysville for a special appearance. And back by popular demand is The Northern Lights Steel Orchestra Band, Darryl Hollingsworth and Kare Kare the clown.
